How do children in your community fare?

The County Data Cards below provide local snapshots of child well-being. In addition, the 2019 County Data Cards include a profile of parents in each county who are caught in the “coverage gap,” earning too much to qualify for Medicaid, but not enough to buy private health insurance through HealthCare.gov. Having parents with health insurance means that children are more likely to have health coverage, as well as better health and financial outcomes.
