Income

Action for Children advocates for all families to have the opportunity to earn an income sufficient to support their children.

Action for Children works to help families meet their basic needs through employment income and public benefit programs that fill the gap between wages and the cost of living. We advocate for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and other tax credits, work-family balance issues such as paid sick days, and responses to child and family hunger.
