5th Annual N.C. Children's Lifetime Legacy Award, honoring the Junior Leagues of North Carolina, June 2010
Action for Children North Carolina honored The Junior Leagues in North Carolina on June 18, 2010 with the fifth annual North Carolina Children's Lifetime Legacy Award. The members of the Junior Leagues in North Carolina have had an enormous impact on the lives of North Carolina's children and youth through their voluntarism and financial support. Their interest in improving the quality of life of all North Carolinians - from the urban districts to the rural countryside - is a testament to the belief that we all have a responsibility to improve the lives of others, making this state one in which we can all grow and prosper.
Thank you and congratulations to the Junior Leagues in North Carolina: Asheville, Charlotte, Durham/Orange Counties, Fayetteville, Gaston County, Greensboro, High Point, Moore County, Raleigh, Wilmington and Winston-Salem.
