President Obama is finalizing his proposed federal budget for fiscal year (FY) 2013. In this budget, the President will make recommendations to the Congress for all the programs which help children in our country.   

The President will make his proposed budget public the first week in February 2012. After that, Congressional appropriators will determine whether and how they wish to modify the proposed funding levels.
